My professional journey began in 2015 as an Air Conditioner Technician, where I developed strong problem-solving and technical skills. Later, I joined an E-commerce startup as a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). During this phase, I gained hands-on experience in management, procurement, operations, marketing, leadership, and entrepreneurship, along with a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem. This entrepreneurial journey taught me how to make quick decisions, take calculated risks, learn from failures, and create real value for others while building strong business acumen.
I have also worked in the semiconductor industry, serving as a Co-founder at Qphix Institute.

Resonance
This was the first turning point of my life. I studied alongside some of the brightest and most talented students from across India, including toppers and highly focused learners. During this time, I gained a deep understanding of different types of students and mindsets. I learned the importance of focus, discipline, and goal-oriented thinking. I also had the opportunity to learn from some of the top faculty in India and applied their insights in my own life. After completing my 10th grade, I pursued my IIT-JEE Foundation at Resonance, Kota, from June 2011 to March 2013.
Electrician or Engineering or Drama/Acting
From this year I started to chase my dreams. I fully focus to become skilled. I learnd "Aircondition Service and maintenance", I worked with "Texi for sure" startup. I this year I entered in My Engineering or Professional Sector. I also learned "Theatre/Drama/Acting".
IIT-IIM-INDORE
This was the second turning point of my life. I participated in the i5 Summit at IIT IIM Indore, an experience that significantly shaped my mindset and perspective. Although it’s hard to fully describe everything I learned in just three days, the impact was profound. I had the opportunity to interact with successful entrepreneurs, investors, and mentors, and gained valuable insights from their experiences. This exposure helped me understand the startup ecosystem in depth and also gave me a glimpse into the life of IIT and IIM students. During the event, I also met Bibop G. Gresta and Joel Michael from Hyperloop Transportation Technologies, which was truly inspiring. After this event, I joined the e-commerce startup “Old Books E-Shop” as a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). There, I gained hands-on experience in the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurship. Our team achieved several milestones, including winning multiple startup competitions and securing a Top 5 position at Rajasthan Startup Fest 2016.
IIT Kharagpur
Mr. Avelo Roy MD of Kolkata Ventures awarded me as "RISING STAR ENTREPRENEUR" in Programe "NATIONAL STARTUP LAUNCHPAD" at "IIT KHARAGPUR" March. This is 2nd time when I visit and experience in IIT. In August I registered my firm as "Online Thela"

January 2018 Online thela is classified portal for Rural India. 9th June I Launched Online Thela E-commerce website or Application for Rural India. I learned from failure in my startups.
Next step to work dream work with social status.
After some efforts LIC decided to give me agency. In a single day I deposit 12 policies in LIC Sambhar branch and I become "STAR OF THE DAY". 27 policies in single month and I passed various LIC competitions. One of them "MD MEETING" competition where I meet LIC Managing Director Shri Hemant Bhargava.
Building Technical Network & Operations as Co-founder at Qphix Institute
In 2024, I expanded my journey into the semiconductor industry as a Co-founder at Qphix Institute. During this phase, I gained strong hands-on experience in both technical and operational domains. I worked closely with technicians across India, building a strong network and contributing to their technical education and skill development. As a co-founder, I managed multiple responsibilities including admissions, inventory management, component sourcing & sales, stock handling, courier logistics, and customer service. I focused on delivering the best possible service, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations across all processes. This experience strengthened my management skills, technical understanding, and ability to handle real-world business operations efficiently.

I focused on scaling my digital marketing agency, building on my strong background in development and technology. This has always been my vision — to work with technology and contribute to the “Make in India” mission. Currently, my primary focus is on providing digital marketing support to rural businesses and technicians, helping them grow their presence online and transform their work into scalable digital businesses. Through this initiative, I aim to bridge the gap between traditional skills and modern digital opportunities, enabling local businesses to achieve sustainable growth.
